Refunds are only accepted for unused, unwashed, undamaged items in their original packaging. We will inspect the items to ensure that they meet the refund conditions. Opened electronic products, customized products and certain promotional items are not refundable after purchase, and the specific circumstances will be stated in the product page in advance.

3. Refund Processing

Once the refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned goods and will refund it to your original payment account. During the processing, we will notify you of the refund status by email.

4. Return Shipping Costs
We will bear the return shipping costs when the reason is attributable to our error (e.g. wrong item, defective product).
If the return is due to the buyer’s personal reasons (such as dislike, wrong size, etc.), the return shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer.
